Bar Stefansky is the founder of Creative Change. Bar is an award-winning freelance video editor, working with major companies like El Al and Mindspace. In 2017, a personal story inspired him to make a significant change in his life and focus on creating content that drives social impact and changes public awareness in environmental and social goals. With a background in film and media, Bar has produced over a hundred environmental videos that combine satire, art, and social commentary to engage audiences. ar is married and a father of three children. He also raises cats and chickens in his yard.

With extensive experience in community management, Luz joined the Creative Change team in 2023. Since then, she has been connecting projects, organizations, professionals, and creators to the growing community of media and art professionals creating content that drives environmental change. Luz teaches and lectures on environmental storytelling and has explored the positive aspects of sustainability and its intersections with positive psychology. She leads and manages projects in collaboration with environmental organizations and local authorities.
